Coach Education

Coach Education

At NORTAC / Sparta, we believe that great coaching is the foundation of player development and a thriving soccer community. Our Coach Education Program is designed to empower coaches at every level — from first-time volunteers to seasoned professionals — with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed on and off the field.

*All Sparta Head Coaches are expected to attend these sessions.

Assistant coaches are also invited to these sessions. Understanding your availability may be more limited at times, your attendance is very much encouraged, to enhance your contributions within your coaching team, and for your coaching teams to have more purposeful conversations after the coach education session.
